The 4 Flat KF is a filling and shading configuration with one needle more than the 3 Flat: the flat arrangement with wider needle spacing covers slightly more surface per pass while still laying pigment down gently and evenly — well suited to lip blush and soft gradients in ombré lips and ombré brows.
